Mark Tater
My approach to fitness is to be direct, supportive, and personable. I want to work with a limited number of people who want to improve, not just exercise. Looking at overall fitness requires one to understand their nutrition, sleep, recovery practices, and ALL of their habits. Overall health allows for an individual to enjoy life, relax and socialize but one must work to achieve those freedoms without setbacks.
My small group classes are supportive but yet designed for you despite injuries or limitations.
OUR SERVICES
Group Workout Design
Small groups of less than 10 clients on average allows for a deep level of accountability and strong emphasis on form and movement variations. Our groups are encouraging and motivating to folks of all fitness abilities.
